The space between you and the machine

Twyxa is the AI programme for company teams. Each person leaves with an assistant connected to their real sources, methods they replay on their own and usage rules signed by their leadership.

Three rules, repeated every half-day

  1. The assistant prepares, the human validates.

Nothing leaves without a review: mail and messages stay as drafts.

  2. One subject, one thread.

New subject, new thread: the assistant keeps the right context.

  3. Ask, plan, then execute.

Never straight execution on a subject with several steps.

The programme, end to end

The same running order and the same kit for every audience. The level of the room changes, the examples adapt live.

  1. Ten days before

    The questionnaire

Five minutes per person, so the first morning starts from what the group answered.

  2. Stage 1

    Me and my data

The assistant installed, the personal space created, the real sources connected for reading and drafting, a dashboard that fills itself every morning.

  3. Stage 2

    My processes

Replay cold what worked, then run your processes end to end, with one card per agent that runs.

  4. Stage 3

    The company

Methods shared with the sponsor, a usage charter that leadership signs, a roadmap.

  5. After the site

    The follow-up blocks

2 days of remote follow-up, in blocks of 2 hours, within 2 months.

  6. Then

    Associate and Advanced

Eight weeks to build an assistant others can run, then four months for the AI champions.
