From pilot to builder
At the first level, you learn to pilot an assistant. At level 2, you build one that others can run, then make it a company practice.
Associate
Eight modules over eight weeks
Two to four participants per group, one company per group, after Foundation, once the exit check showed routines that run.
- Week 0, remoteThe pre-flight
- Week 1, on siteMap and build
- Week 2Evaluate: a set of reference cases and a score before, then after
- Weeks 3 to 6Govern and run: a charter annex signed with the sponsor, at least three weeks of run log, a review every week
- Weeks 6 and 7Hand over: a colleague replays the method alone, on their own machine
- Week 8, on siteThe defence, live on real data, in front of the sponsor
The four criteria of the defence
- It runs.
- It is measured.
- It is governed.
- It is handed over.
Advanced

- Month 1The mandate and the baseline
- Month 2Charter v2 and the cascade
- Month 3The cascade at scale
- Month 4The measure and the 90-day plan
What the AI champion holds
- The tools repository.
- The charter.
- The training cascade.
- The adoption table, reported every quarter to the executive committee.
