Foundation: 3 or 4 days on site, then the follow-up

The first level of the programme, in three stages: 3 days on site for the executive committee, 4 days for management, 3 days for technical teams, then 2 days of remote follow-up, in blocks of 2 hours, within 2 months. Each participant works on their own machine, with their real files, and leaves with a workspace that keeps filling up after the training.

  1. Stage 1

    Me and my data

    • The assistant installed, machine by machine, Windows and Mac.
    • The mirror prompt: the assistant asks its questions and writes the card that says who you are, read again in every thread.
    • The real sources connected one at a time, for reading and drafting.
    • One card per correspondent, read before every draft.
    • Three tasks with figures on real documents, without a wrong number.
    • A personal dashboard, filled in by the assistant every morning.
    • Sorting the mail, then capturing: a thread that worked becomes a replayable method.
  2. Stage 2

    My processes

    • Replaying the previous day's methods cold.
    • Processes run end to end, from one case card per real problem.
    • One card per agent that runs: each participant's catalogue of agents.
    • A meeting brief, prepared from the working wiki and the people cards.
  3. Stage 3

    The company

    • The shared repository: the group's methods pooled, with the sponsor in the room.
    • The usage charter: version 1 leaves the room the same day and leadership signs it before the first follow-up block.
    • Each person's workspace audited against the state of the art.
    • The roadmap: the assistant proposes, the group cuts, leadership reads the result.
    • The wrap-up, then a report with its action table, sent within five days.
  4. After the site

    The follow-up blocks

    • 2 days of remote follow-up, in blocks of 2 hours, within 2 months.
    • The dates are set on the last day on site, before the facilitator leaves the site.
    • Each block picks up the sources, cases, agents and methods where they stand.

What each person takes home

A personal workspace, born on day 1. Each folder has one role.

What the company keeps

A signed usage charter
The usage rules leadership signs: which data, which rights, who validates what goes out.
A roadmap
What happens next, and who does it.
A report
The group's wrap-up and its action table, sent within five days.

Next: level 2

Once the routines run, the Associate level teaches how to build an assistant others can run.
